This car wash has ruined my paint by using the hard water spot acid wash. THEN, not once, but twice now it was snatched deep hard scratches in my paint. 😭

Don’t waste your money or your time. We brought our truck in at 8am. The manager Tony does not check his team’s work and instead yells at customers. We brought up that the wheels and tires on the truck were completely missed and he had attitude from the start. Told us that because we called him from chit chatting with his coworkers that we could “take our keys and go” even though services that we paid for were not done. Talks real nice on the phone but once he has your money he doesn’t care if the job is done correctly. We picked up a few hours after they called us to let us know the vehicle was ready so Tony had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle BEFORE we got here. Then to make things even better the General Manager decided to be petty and not tell us when our tires were done instead left us waiting while he was chit chatting with his family members for a free car wash.

Stopped in this wash and joined the monthly service, special was 99 cents for the first month, then regular charge the second, I was charged the 99 cents and the second months charge on my card immediately. I spoke to the manager and he said he would remove the second months charge immediately. Never Happened. In addition to that experience the chain broke while I was in the wash, I sat inside unable to get out for 30 minutes, spoke with manager again, all he said was SORRY. Horrible location and management, will attempt to get a full refund.

Brought car here for interior cleaning after fire extinguisher went off in my work car. Not a heavy amount but enough to leave a white tint on the back seats. Explained this to the person I payed, he told me that they would get it cleaned then charged me. After the “work” was done, only one seat was cleaned, and the rest of the vehicle is untouched. The guy who did the work just says that’s all his notes say to do, and the manager said “ well I wasn't there”. Terrible service, there are much better places that will actually attempt the work they charge you for. Came back the next day, the morning manager was nice, agreed that this was not done properly, and made sure the work was completed.
